Mrs. Mary O'B owns a two-story row home in between 4 connecting homes with a Shingled Gable roof. There is no firewall in the attic between the homes. The overall length of the attic crawl space is 60 ft. The width is 30 ft. The height of the crawlspace is 3 ft. The closet access is 20 ft. from the end of the building and 10 ft. from the front.
The MB10K high intensity strobe light was hung directly above the access closet 1 ft. above the ceiling joist. The space required (1) MB10K unit. The residence had 2 squirrels nesting in the crawlspace for over 2 years. No other pest control product other than the MB10K strobe light was used to evict the squirrels.
The exit and entrance holes were never located. The unit has been operating continuously for 5 months.

This test was conducted on a large 2 story house with a Terra Cotta Dutch roof. It is a L-shaped home. The overall length of the attic 75 ft. The width is 30 ft. The height is 6 ft. at its peak.
Two units were hung in the attic. The space required (2) MB10K units to evict 15 squirrels nesting in the home for over 35 years. The high intensity strobe lights are left on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Before the lights were installed, 4-the-Birds Gel was applied to many of the openings, which had no effect on the squirrels.
First, (1) MB10K unit was installed at one end. This drove the squirrels to the other end of the attic. A second MB10K unit was installed at the other end of the attic, and this drove them completely out of the house. No squirrels have returned.

This was one of the most difficult cases for Evictor Products. This is a large 3 story house with a Multi-Stepped Shingled Gable roof. The attic has a length of 110ft, by 40ft width, and a height of 7ft.
(3) of Evictor Products high intensity strobe lights were hung in the attic. The attic space required (2) MB10K units and (1) MB100K strobe light to evict 8 squirrels nesting for over 10 years. The units were left on continuously.
Two different species of squirrels occupied the attic, Eastern Grey and Flying Squirrels. Some were living between the 2nd and 3rd floor space.
When the lights were installed, the entrance hole was closed with 1/2" hardware cloth, the other was capped with a Verminator Wildlife Control 1-way tunnel. The (3) MB10K lights were spaced equally in the attic.
The MB100K was placed in the middle. The units drove the squirrels completely out of the house. After a period of (1) month the soffit opening (with the 1-way tunnel) was capped.
