MB10K Squirrel and Rat Repeller

It's Easy, Harmless to Animals, Safe for People.

Step One

Determine the size of your attic, crawlspace, wall void, or darkened area. The MB10K Squirrel Evictor covers a 30ft.x 30ft. area. (900 square ft.) The MB100K Squirrel Evictor covers a 40ft.x 40ft. area (1600 square ft.) You need to purchase enough strobe lights to cover the desired area and not leave any dark spaces. A squirrel may contintue to live in your attic if it can shield itself from the light.

Step Three

Hang up the Squirrel Evictor and Rat Repeller™ in a central location, three feet above the floor. The strobe lights should overlap and shine in all dark corners to create an umbrella effect. If there are windows in the attic tape cardboard over them to block off any outside light.

Step Three

Plug in the Squirrel Evictor and Rat Repeller™ near a light switch or into a surge protector. Leave it on continuously day and night. In as little as twenty-four hours the squirrels will leave the attic.

Habitat Modification

Because a squirrel's interest in an area is based largely on the availability of food, landscaping can be altered to reduce the desirability of the area to rodents.

With any squirrel, rat, or raccoon problem, you should first do the things that help your situation. Remove access to easy meals by securing garbage cans; fasten lids with rope, bungee cords, or chains. Remove bird feeders, and cut the tree limbs back around the house so animals do not have easy access to the roof. Don’t leave dog or cat food outside.

Right now rodents see your attic as a nice place to live. A nasty environment for pests must be created, an environment so nasty that squirrels, rats, or raccoons will not want to be there.

Imagine a flashing strobe light in your attic to annoy squirrels, rats, raccoons. The MB100K Squirrel Evictor and Rat Repeller is a 1 million candlepower high-intensity strobe light. Ordinary strobe lights have only a fraction of the intensity. It's the high-intensity our strobe lights emit that is effective on rodents.

The Squirrel Evictor™ and Rat Repeller does not hurt animals. It annoys the rodent's eyes, specifically the expansion and contraction of the pupil. After exposure to the Squirrel Evictor and Rat Repeller™ the pests' eyes become fatigued and they no longer want to nest in your attic or crawlspace.
